Q: Do you see a return to more formal attire in the workplace anytime soon?
A: There is starting to be a bit of a backlash to the increasingly popular casual dress benefit being offered to employees throughout America. The backlash is a result of some employees coming too casual to work and employers wanting them to step it up a bit. I personally don't see a return to mandatory suits and ties everyday of the work week but companies are realizing that they need to educate employees how to master a classic business casual look (i.e. one step up from khaki's and polo shirts) to stay competitive in the new economy.
