Executive Presence Training Programs

We offer co-ed training sessions as well as programs exclusively for men and women. Our “lunch and learn” programs, women’s internal networking seminars, co-branded image e-newsletters, and employee Q&A program let the image topic be brought to the rank-and-file and remain alive and well long after our visit. One-on-One Coaching for Employees

We work with new hires as part of "on-boarding" programs, up-and-comers who are being "groomed" for the top and administrative and support personnel who have significant "customer facing" and internal "point of contact" roles. In addition, we frequently work with senior level executives with limited time who need an expert eye and sounding board to be sure their image is consistent with corporate brand expectations. We can travel to where your employees reside or they can travel to Boston to work with us. Manager Training Programs

We deliver training programs specifically for managers. These seminars provide a facilitated forum for managers and supervisors in your organization to explore their role in addressing and managing the overall and on-going professional image of employees.  They include strategies and best practices for holding people accountable to your firm’s professional  image standards.  These can be conducted as stand-alone workshops or as add on sessions for managers who have attended one of our general professional image sessions.

Uniform Development & Training

Over the years, we have worked with a variety of companies to review and implement employee uniform programs as part of our dress code development and training offerings.   Some of our clients, such as hotels and large credit unions, need help rethinking uniform options and purchases that impact their brand at its core.  Others need our help developing dress guidelines for tradeshows, golf tournaments and the like.
