Celebrating October:
5 Fresh Trends to Wear Now

For those living in an area of the world with a seasonal temperature change, fall is arguably the most exciting time of year to style your clothes.

Sweaters, boots and coats are calling, the color options are magnificent, and layering all your frocks and accessories can be the best part of fall style fun.

In this month’s blog, we infuse a few fresh ideas to help you layer like a pro, adopt some new color combinations and motivate you to get a jump start on holiday style planning too. Enjoy!

#1 Merlot
The color of the moment for clothes, coats, boots, bags and the like. Merlot pairs particularly well with cobalt blue, chocolate brown and bright red this season.

#2 Mesh Layering Tops
Stylish on their own (just remember your camis!) and very handy under dresses, vests and jumpers when you want a breathable layer that gives arm coverage too.

#3 Necklaces for Sweater Weather
Right now, accessorizing is anything but minimalistic. Oversized beads, pearls, charms and chain-link necklaces work great with heavier knits; delicate chains and pendants layered just so on bare skin give v-neck sweaters a boost!

#4 Black Denim
It is never really out but boy is it way back in! Wear with brown boots, belts, and bags for a fresh spin.

#5 First Look Holiday
Finally, now is the time to start thinking about holiday style. Do you want to keep it simple with black and a little bling, or do you want to have a more colorful holiday? Get on top of your needs now and avoid party panic later. Best news: many holiday looks work for weddings and other special events now and in the New Year too.
